Terms and Conditions

- We do not hold any responsibility for wrong date, flight number or time specified in booking;

- Payment must be done in cash to the driver at the end of the journey. If your transfer is return, please pay the total balance at once;

- The lead booking name is responsible for the final payment;

- Whenever possible, please specify the itinerary upon booking. Otherwise, it must be provider the driver before the service;

- Modifications and cancelations to booking must be done by email with 24hrs notice.

- We will carry 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per client. Any extra baggage must be specified upon booking. We cannot be responsible to carry any kind or extra luggage not disclosed.

- Please indicate upon booking if any of the passengers have mobility limitations, and require a transport on wheelchair.

- Our vehicles are only able to carry one passenger on wheelchair at the time. Any related support equipment can be provided if required upon booking (please specify).

- If you may require booster seat or baby seat please specify on booking, free of charge.

- We reserve the right to refuse to transport clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be a risk to our driver and the vehicle’s safety on the road.

- Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in our vehicles with the exception of water.

- Your property is entirely your responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

- Depending on destination and traffic conditions we may choose a route through the highway (with pre consent of the client). In such cases, the amount for the toll will be added to the final charge.

- For airport pickups, our driver will come into the terminal with the passengers name board.

- No additional charge for the flight delays. However, priority will be given to clients on schedule.

- If we fail to fulfil the required service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide alternative transportation at no extra cost to the client.
